Great read just like the rest of the Black Eagle Force series. The Alien part was a bit of a strech, but thats why they call it fiction.
This is a delightful military SciFi story. The plot is relatively simple--some alien bad guys (Reptoids) G want to use earth as a food source, but Earth people are not inclined in that direction. Add a little assistance from friendly aliens, and you have non-stop action, science that is sometimes a bit bewildering, and a rollicking good adventure tale emerges. The characters (at least the good guys)develop nicely, and the back and forth dialog is good. The alien bad guys are particularly reprehensible, and behave as you would expect. I only found a couple of things wrong the political aspects could be dialed back a bit, and there were a lot of typo's. Even Buck Stienke's name was misspelled at one point. Still in all, this is a great 5 star read. It is even better if you read THE AURORA LEGEND first as it sets the stage for AURORA INVASION.
This book skilfully delves into the mystery of alien beings, space travel, and historical prospective of their impact upon our planet since its existence, all wrapped around a compelling contemporary adventure involving the now familiar Black Eagle Force team. A GREAT READ.
An interesting variation for authors Farmer and Stienke their BEF story with a little JJ ABRAHMS mixed in. Take with a grain of salt but hope the don't make it a habit, little too far fetched for me.
Another fun read by Farmer and Stienke.
This one has the Reptoids coming to earth to "harvest" food. The food they will be harvesting is people and animals from Earth. The Processing of both is horrendous.
Lucy comes to Earth again to warn Bone of whats about to happen. She also heads to Eagles Nest with Bone because she knows only the BEF is capable enough to stem the Reptoids.
Dare Phillips and Blaze Herman meet with Bone and Lucy. They are a little taken aback about Lucy and the Tyrannians but quickly find that these folks can help them against the Reptoids.
Dare notified the SECDEF, a friend, and they all decide to keep the POTUS the hell out of the whole deal. Good call.
So begins another fine BEF read.
This one has Bone, Lucy, the BEF, former POTUS Annette Herman, her husband Gunter Herman, the Reptoids, a space battle, death, destruction and the BEF pulling it off one more time.
Oh and Kudo's the authors for their take on the current jackass who sits in the WH. LMAO and I couldn't agree more. What a loser that guy is.

Really enjoyed it. I love the Black Eagle Force series. Hope I don't have to wait too long for the next book. Didn't see any mention of the next book (if any) darn it.
I LOLVE all the other books in this series. Just not this one. I'm not in to four eyed elephant trunk legged monster books,,, I lied the Issus killing rag heads book the best!
